Established in 2012 when Leandro Le Roux an entrepreneur bought the slightly run-down property with the vision of creating a beautiful family friendly environment where health, wellness and lifestyle where the main focus.

Langhams, lifestyle estate is open for events and conferences year-round, with packages tailor made to clients individual needs and requirements. The facility offers the technical services for hosting events, including sound, lighting & support and is supported with catering and décor services from service partners.

The Health Hub, offers rental space to medial practitioners offering services in skin care; homeopathy; beauty; child therapy and other medical services.

The Block, the newest development at Langhams, set to be completed in 2021 will offer bespoke, flexible and affordable office space in a unique, state of the art environment.

The estate is proud of their Environmental Policy, which means that energy efficient equipment and lighting as well as renewable energy in the form solar energy is used throughout the estate.
